Due to the digital, knowledge-based nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to the course or content has been granted, regardless of whether the course was completed or accessed in full or in part.
2. Free and Discounted Access
Many of our offerings are made available free of charge through the use of coupon codes or promotional discounts. Even when accessed for free, our intellectual property remains protected, and no refunds or returns apply to these access types.
3. Limited Discretionary Refunds (Optional)
In rare cases, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion, provided that:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase; and
- The user has accessed no more than 20% of the course content; and
- The reason for refund relates to a technical issue or other valid circumstance not caused by user error.

4. No Physical Products or Returns
Academy of Labs does not sell physical goods. Because our products are 100% digital, there is no shipping, and therefore, no return process or return-related costs.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in termination of your account and access to any current or future services.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and to submit relevant documentation to the payment processor as evidence of digital content delivery.
